Registration is once again enabled!

I've done some hacking on the registration code for this forum, and it's now set up so that only valid, saved player names from the game can be registered. This means that 'dentin' is a valid name, but 'entin' isn't. It also means that nearly all of the names picked by spam bots are invalid too.

As a result, I've removed the captcha check, which should also make it easier for blind players to sign up. I still have to approve new accounts, but that's just until I make sure that this new code works well. If you'd like to get an immediate approval, send me an in-game message to enable your account.
